Try your Cozy Cozy piece in your home for up to 30 nights. If it does not provide the comfort and calm you expected, you may return it for a refund.

European Union 14-Day Statutory Withdrawal

Customers residing in the European Union have the legal right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

Return Eligibility

• Items must be clean, free from excessive pet hair or damage, and packed in original or secure protective packaging.
